SPINs with discounting variations:
It is important that you use the appropriate SPIN associated with the products offered for the AT&T Company providing a particular service. Pursuant to E-Rate program requirements, the appropriate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) must be included on each funding request included on the applicant's Form 471. Your AT&T Sales account team can provide direction on which SPIN should be used when filing your Form 471.

INPUTTING AT&T E-RATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PROFILE (a.k.a. GRID):
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PROFILE: Please input your BEN and PIN below to access and complete your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PROFILE.
Note: AT&T must receive your Account Profile (GRID) at least 8 weeks prior to your Last Date to Invoice. You will not be able to process an Account Profile (GRID) less than 8 weeks prior to your Last Date to Invoice. If you require the SPI method after the 8 week window has closed, please contact us. ATTENTION BEAR APPLICANTS: DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE ONLINE ACCOUNT PROFILE IF YOU ARE USING OR PLAN TO USE THE BEAR METHOD FOR YOUR E-RATE FUNDING.
